Fantastic really good service received from The Sherwani Company. Both Jigar initially; and then Jas who absolutely aced it from start to finish providing us with bespoke designs of Jodhpuri style jackets in Digital print. It was our first niece’s wedding and we really wanted to look the part. Jas amazingly tailored both our little boys and my husband jackets and with matching shoes. Jas, I would like to thank you for your amazingly patient, courteous and extremely accommodating and hospitable service. You were extremely quick on organising the jackets and we could not be more grateful. Not only was the service efficient and prompt but the results were absolutely stunning. Great guys and even better service. I went to all the usual places in Southall Broadway and Wembley when looking for a sherwani for my wedding and I found a few very nice sherwanis for good prices. However, after going to see Jas and Jigar at The Sherwani Company I ordered from them for a number of reasons even though the sherwani was a little more expensive than others.Their range of sherwanis was really good. They had plenty of styles from simple to heavy in a variety of colours. After telling them what I was looking for they picked 6-8 different sherwanis for me to try.. I really liked one but wanted alterations made to it which they said wouldn’t be a problem and they detailed this on their measurements sheet so that everyone was clear.
The main reason I ordered for them was their customer service. They came across as 2 young professional men who would get it right and deliver on their word, which from what I heard from others experience is a rare thing. I’d heard too many bad stories about retailers getting the design and fitting completely wrong and being too relaxed around delivery times and some cases only just get the sherwani 1 or 2 days before their wedding and still needing alteration.
The guys explained delivery would be 8-10 weeks and the sherwani arrived in less than 10 weeks (Jas was also updating me with pictures of my actual sherwani being made).The quality was brilliant and the first fitting was lmost perfect, the shoes and kurta didn’t need to be touched. The only alterations that were required on the sherwani were for the shoulder padding to be cut down as it slightly protruded beyond the seam and adding a few hooks down the front so that it didn’t flap open when I sat down. The guys gave me details to their tailor that they use and after going to see her, I went back a few days later and the sherwani was perfect. The guys also covered the cost for this.It was a pleasure doing business with Jas and Jigar and I’ve already recommended a friend who has since bought a sherwani from them and I be sending many more.

Everyone was all about the wedding….I was all about the Sherwani’s. 3 outfits for 3 memorable occasions. Each 1 regal in its own way. Fitting in with the theme of the whole 2 week wedding perfectly. A huge thank you to the sherwani company for creating the masterpieces, especially my black and gold reception outfit. I know i wasnt an easy customer but I appreciate your patience with me.

Well what can I say… I drove up from south of the river to the north for a trip not to forget, one of the very few stores that lives up to its name and delivers a 1st class service, and the one on one customer service/care is great. Truly put them to a challenge, and I’m 100% that it will be fulfilled!
Jas was a great help to say the least, helped me with what I wanted and put his input along side it, rather than trying to sell a off the rail sherwani he went the full mile to make sure you were happy with every little requirement and of course with Asians (lets not kid ourselves) he got it down on black and white.
The work that was there was great, from the embroidery work to the fabrics on display, colour range is suited perfectly for nearly all Asian events. Very fast to respond and doesn’t leave you hanging in the dark, what more could anyone ask for when they need a sherwani for a special occasion!

Unbelievable service from two great guys. Met once to explain what I wanted and to take my measurements and Jas & Jigar understood exactly what I wanted, also giving me really helpful advice. When I came for my fitting the sherwani was perfect without any adjustments required. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
